The South West House of Representatives caucus has demanded that perpetrators of the dastardly act in Igangan be brought to book to forestall breaking down of law and order.
The caucus led by Honourable Femi Fakeye, leader of the South West caucus, while addressing the press at the House of Representatives Press Corps Centre, condemned the killing that happened in Igangan, saying such will not augur well for peaceful co- habitation.
The group observed that strangers cannot declare war on their hosts.
The caucus urged the federal government to act by arresting and prosecuting the criminals so as to serve as deterrent for some other criminal elements.
The caucus tasked the security agencies to work together and share intelligence.
Honourable Fakaye said for Nigeria to avoid war, people in the leadership position must do what is necessary.
