Following the fire outbreak at the Headquarters of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) that gutted part of the ICT Department over the weekend, the Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Mr Sunday Dare has directed an immediate investigation into the matter.
The directive is imperative so as to determine the remote causes of the fire disaster.
The Ministry’s Management wishes to state and assure the general public that it will do everything humanly possible to unravel the remote causes of the fire outbreak.
It also wishes to state unequivocally that
culprits will be made to face the full wrath of the law.
For the purposes of emphasis and avoidance of doubt, “Management will ensure that those found wanting will never get away with it, no matter how highly placed”.
