The Oyo State All Progressive Congress (APC) Governorship Aspirant, Mr Peter Abidemi Olaoluwa on Thursday began local government tour to local government areas in Oyo Federal constituency.
While receiving the Peter Abidemi Olaoluwa team at their various local government party offices, the four Oyo north federal constituency APC Chairmen, which included Michael Awolola of Oyo West local government, Gbade Adeyemo of Afijio local government, Adelowo Ademola of Atiba local government and Alhaji Kola of Oyo East local government expressed their readiness to work with the Gubernatorial aspirant.
In their separate comments, Hon Michael Awolola and Hon Gbade Adeyemo said Oyo federal constituency has been longing for an opportunity to also present a formidable candidate to vie for the seat if Oyo state Governor over the years but yet to achieved that, but with the intention of Olaoluwa, it is now the turn of Oyo zone of Oyo state to clinched the seat of Oyo state governor.
The duo added that leaders and the entire members of the party in their various local governments are ready to team up with their aspirant to actualised their dream.
Also, Hon Adelowo of Atiba local government and Hon Kola of Oyo East local government assured that they will support Olaoluwa in his quest to govern Oyo state but urged him to carry the entire members along in his campaign program so as not to leave unnecessary gap for hearsay.
Earlier in his comment on behalf of Peter Abidemi Olaoluwa, the leader of the team, Ademola Dopamu said the tour was a unique way to canvass and solicit support of the party members towards achieving their objective.
Dopamu added that with the capacity and proven track records of Peter Abidemi Olaoluwa, he will the best among equals when the time to decides come.
He added that Olaoluwa will take Oyo state beyond the next level appealing for the support of members.
