The PDP bigwig in Ibadan North Local Government, Lanre Sarumi has felicitated the newly sworn-in appointees of Governor Seyi Makinde, describing their appointment as putting round pegs in round holes.

penangle.com had earlier reported that Governor Makinde on Wednesday sworn-in the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Mrs Olanike Adeyemo, the Head of Service, Mrs. Olubunmi Oni, 16 newly appointed Commissioners, the State Accountant-General, Mrs Kikelomo Adegoke and some Permanent Secretaries.
Lanre Sarumi said the appointments would be an opportunity for all the appointees to help Governor Makinde shape and achieve the major goals and aspirations of Omituntun 2.0.
He expressed confidence in the capability of all the appointees, stressing that their appointment is a blessing to Omituntun 2.0 and Oyo State in general.
