As the new year 2024 begins, the Central Council of Ibadan Indegenes (CCII), the umbrella body of all Ibadan indegenous associations and groups, has sent warm greetings to all Ibadan indigenes, residents, groups, clubs, associations and other professional bodies.

The President-General of the CCII, Barrister Sulaiman Ajeniyi Ajewole, sent the greetings in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, in celebration of the new year 2024.
Barrister Ajewole admonished all Nigerians to be patient with President Bola Tinubu-led administration, expressing hope that things would soon get better for the country.
He charged government at all levels, corporate organisations, philanthropists and other well-to-do individuals to all extend kind gestures to people around them in order to cushion the effect of economic crisis in the land.
“As we all know that economic situation is biting hard on the people, we should all rally round ourselves and be compassionate.” He stated.
Barrister Ajewole pray that God will make Nigeria work in the new year 2024 and grant individual’s prayers.
