After a series of consultations and deliberations among the Ido PDP stakeholders, the incumbent Chairman of Ido Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo has emerged as the party’s consensus chairmanship candidate in the forthcoming local government election in Oyo State.
Adeojo emerged as the PDP consensus candidate for chairmanship position in the forthcoming coming local government election on Tuesday.
Hon. Sheriff Adeojo expressed his sincere appreciation to all the PDP leaders in Ido Local Government and Oyo State for giving him another opportunity to serve his people at the grassroot.
The Chairman expressed his profound gratitude to Governor Seyi Makinde for making spreading dividends of democracy to the doorsteps of the grassroot dwellers through local government.
Hon. Adeojo also appreciated the staunch support of the PDP Chairman in Ido Local Government, Alhaji Ayuba Akinsola who has been of immense help to his administration in the last three years.
Hon. Sheriff Adeojo used the opportunity to call on all Ido PDP members to remain firm as one big family.
“I so much appreciate your supports so far and I will never let you down.” Adeojo promised.
