The PDP bigwig in Ibadan North Local Government, Lanre Sarumi has felicitated the First Lady of Oyo State, Engr (Mrs) Tamunominini Makinde on the occasion of her 51st birthday.
Sarumi, who described Mrs Makinde as the hope for the the masses, commended her for all her kind gestures towards children, women, orphans, widows and other less privileged people in the society.
He described Firstly Lady’s efforts to make life meaningful for the less privileged as complementing the Governor Seyi Makinde-led administration in the Pace Setter State, stressing that her efforts will go a long way to take dividends of democracy to the doorsteps of the grassroot dwellers.
“I celebrate our First Lady, Engr. (Mrs) Tamunominini Makinde on the occasion of her 51st birthday. I pray that God in His infinite mercy will continue to strengthen and uphold you to continue your kind gestures on the less privileged.
“Indeed, behind a successful man, there is a woman of substance. Your efforts as the First Lady of Oyo State has in no small measure contributed to the wellbeing of the downtrodden masses, as it has always completed the good governance of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde.” Sarumi stated.
He prayed that God will increase the First Lady in wisdom and understanding to continue to be a pillar of support for the Makinde-led administration.
