The Caretaker Chairman of Ibadan North West Local Government, Dugbe Ibadan, Honourable Rahman Olanrewaju Adepoju has assured his people in Ibadan North West Local Government Area of more robust dividends of democracy.
According to a statement by the Head of Information Unit of the Council, Folashade Oduola, Honourable Adepoju, while expressing his sincere appreciation to Governor Seyi Makinde for the giving him the privilege to serve his people for another three months as caretaker chairman, said he would continue to complement the development efforts of the governor at the grassroots in order to give maximum dividends of democracy to the people of the Ibadan North West in particular and Pacesetters State at large.
Hon. Adepoju also used the opportunity to appreciate the Speaker of Oyo State House of Assembly Hon. Debo Ogundoyin and other members for their time to time monitoring of Oyo state Local Government Administration and the trust they repose in his administration so far.
Hon. Adepoju also expressed his gratitude to all the citizens, political leaders, associates and entire workforce of Ibadan North West Local Government for their prayers, congratulatory messages and support so far.
“Please, I need more cooperation, my office is still open for your valuable pieces of advice to sustain a fruitful tenure. Thank you and God bless you all.” He stated.
The Caretaker Chairman further called on the good people of Oyo State to continue to support and be praying for Governor Makinde-led administration in the state. He prayed God to continue to protect and guide the governor and his team in order to lead Oyo State to her dreamland.
In his response; the Head of Local Government Administration, Ibadan North West Local Government, Bimbo Ladepo congratulated the citizens of the council for having Hon. Adepoju for next few months as Caretaker Chairman to enjoy more dividends of democracy.
He further pleaded for more cooperation and support for the present administration in Oyo State and the adminstration of Hon. Adepoju in Ibadan North West as well.
