The Chairman of Oyo State Housing Corporation, Barrister Bayo Lawal has described Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde as a quintessential leader.
Barrister Lawal gave the remark in a statement in Ibadan to felicitate the Governor on the occasion of his 54th birthday.
The Chairman of the pioneer Housing Corporation in Nigeria noted that the sacrifices, selflessness and humility of the Governor are appreciated not only by him but the generality of the people who are daily touched by the Governor’s commitment to take Oyo State to a greater height.
In a statement signed by the Corporation’s Director of Information and Public Relations, Barrister Kunle Sanni, the Chairman said if all leaders could be like Governor Makinde, the world would be left with little to worry about.
The statement added that Barrister Lawal believed that with the governor as the leader, the present is worth living while the future is worth waiting for. He prayed to God to grant Engr. Makinde long life and prosperity.
