Former Oyo Assembly lawmaker and immediately past Chairman, House Committee on information, Honourable Kazeem Olayanju has been picked as the PDP consensus chairmanship candidate for Olorunsogo Local Government in the forthcoming LG election.
Honourable Olayanju’s candidacy was supported by all PDP leaders in the Local Government Area.
The leaders, who pledge their supports for Olayanju, said they did so as a result of the former law maker’s political antecedents.
They promised to continue to throw their weight behind Olayanju, stressing that he is capable to deliver dividends of democracy to the doorsteps of the grassroot dwellers.
The leaders include Chief J. G. Adetoro, Hon. Ezikiel Babalola, Hon. Biodun Oni and Honourable Ganiyu Opeloyeru.
Others are Hon. Saminu Oladele and Hon. Ayantunde Ayandeyi among many others.
Hon. Olayanju, who expressed his unreserved gratitude to God and his political leaders, promised not to disappoint people. He also promised not to rest on his oars until dividends of democracy is delivered to the doorsteps of his people.
