More than 20 persons were on Monday trapped, while several others were injured as a-four storey building of a hotel collapsed in Abuja.
The hotel which is under construction at Dape, Life Camp, Abuja is said to be owned by Summit Villa hotel services.
Penangle.com was reliably informed that more than 20 persons were trapped while those that have been rescued are already in the hospital.
Rescue operation was already on as at the time of filing this report.
Personnel of the Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were already on ground to rescue the trapped victims.
However, the Director-General of FEMA, Dr. Abass Idris said nine persons have so far been rescued at 7:44pm, while rescue operation continues.
