The Vice Chancellor, University of Ibadan, Professor Kayode Adebowale has said that the institution is proud of one of its alumni, Mr. Saheed Oladele.
Oladele is the Chairman of Erudite Group which comprises of Erudite Millennium Ltd, Erudite Model High School and Erudite International Knowledge Village in Ibadan
Newsmen gathered that the Olubadan of Ibadan land, Oba Mohood Ọlálékan Balogun, Allí-Okunmade II is ready to install Oladele as the Baàmẹ̀kọ́ of Ibadanland.
The ceremony has been fixed to take place on Saturday 9th of December 2023 at Alarere Palace of the Olubadan.
The prestigious title of Baamẹkọ signifies a noteworthy recognition of Oladele’s outstanding contributions to education, both locally and on the global stage.
Adebowale in his congratulatory message, noted that the University of Ibadan, Oladele’s alma mater is solidly behind him.
He prayed to God to continue to strengthen the Erudite Group Chair.
He said, “Congratulations and congratulations and again congratulations my dear brother and friend
God Almighty will continue to strengthen your hands in order to continue to impact the society positively
“The University of Ibadan, your Alma mater is solidly behind you sir. Congratulations”.
