As political campaigns towards the 2023 general elections commence, a prominent Ibadan-based cleric, Pastor Isaiah Alade has enjoined well-meaning Nigerians to seek God’s intervention in electing credible leaders.

The cleric stated this in a release issued on Tuesday ahead of the 2023 polls at the ongoing annual 21-day vigil which started on 1st of October and will end on 21st of with the theme: My Time, My Season.
Pastor Alade, popularly known as Omowoli, noted that every election year is a critical period for the nation in which Nigerians take decisions through ballots to elect credible leaders of their choice, hence people must pray fervently to God for his divine intervention over the situation confronting the country and who to choose to solve the challenges.
The cleric, who distanced himself from politics, said he is only passionate about betterment and advancement of Nigeria.
Pastor Alade said he is optimistic that the current challenges facing the country such as banditry and kidnapping will soon be a thing of the past, urging people to join him in prayers for the country called Nigeria at CAC Ori-Oke Aanu, Ojoo Ibadan for the last 3 days of the monthly programme – Mercy Once Again
Pastor Isaiah added that the last of the programme is specially dedicated to seek God’s intervention over Nigeria in order to ask Him for good governance at local government, states and Nigeria in general.
