Ibadan Mega Voice (IMV), a body of renowned Ibadan indigenes who are into professional media practice, has felicitated christians worldwide as they celebrate Christmas today.

The president of the association, Comrade Kola Olomide, in a press release made available to newsmen in Ibadan, enjoined all and sundry to embrace the spirit of sharing which is the purpose of the the season.

He charged all well-meaning Nigerians to share their food, drinks and other resources with the less privileged so that they too can also feel the spirit of the birth of Jesus Christ.

Olomide reiterated the importance of sharing among the people, stressing that it gives the less privileged sense of belonging while reducing crimes in the society.

Meanwhile, IMV president used the opportunity to celebrate the birthday of Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde whose birthday is on every Christmas day and clocks 56 this year.

Olomide, who lauded Makinde-led people-centred government, urged the governor to continue giving listening ears to the electorate.

He prayed that God’s wisdom will continue to shine in all Governor Makinde’s endeavours.
